Some things we said #3

Two possible scenarios are envisaged at the moment:

ZYG#1 [an installation that allows an immersive experience in a contained space. Inspired in Toddlernes Rom. The immersive space is a module or set of modules than can be easily assembled; small groups of children (10) and carers “inhabit” the space for a certain length of time (20 min), a series of pre-composed sound/music pieces are delivered and serve as “starters”/themes for interaction (vocal, physical) by an “interactor” (someone that uses movement and sound to create transient pieces based on what happens). These pieces are part of a “library” that contains many different choices.The interactor can actively shape the course of events according to the feel of what happens. Interactive sound-objects are made available for children to play and create soundscapes that establish a dialogue with the pre-composed sounds];

ZIG#2 [a performing experience happening in a theatrical setting. Inspired in pieces like AliBaBach, Opus 1, Opus 2, Opus 6 or Opus 7. A performance for 20 children and their carers, involving a diade of artists (actor/musician/dancer). With or without conventional musical instruments (the music can work as series of pre-composed sound/music pieces are delivered and serve as “starters”/themes for interaction (vocal, physical) by the performers. These pieces are part of a “library” that contains many different choices. The performers can actively shape the course of events. The theatrical setting is abstract or referential to a “plot”. Ideally undergoes metamorphosis].
